Sjövik retreat
The retreat takes place at the quiet and idyllic place Sjövik in Småland in Sweden. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with practical information etc. You can drive to Sjövik - and often some carpooling will be coordinated - or you can take the train to Lammhult a few kilometers from Sjövik and be picked up there.
The retreat is focused on meditation, tranquility, nature and just being with what is. For the vast majority of people who come to Sjövik, meditation is something completely new. However, many often return after having experienced a retreat. Because it is something quite special to be at Sjövik and in Jesper's universe.
The food at Sjövik often consists of meat from animals, Jesper shoots in the area. Wild boar and elk. But there is also always delicious food for both vegetarians and vegans, or if you have other desires or dietary considerations. You will be asked to write to us after you have signed up for a retreat.
If you would like to be sure to get a single room, you can also just ask for it once you have signed up. The fee is 500 eller 1000 DKK extra.
The program for the retreat leaves plenty of time for relaxation, enjoying nature, being in silence or whatever you feel like. We are silent Friday and Saturday until 12:00.
